RETURN POLICY – THE NESS MILANO

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made on the official The Ness Milano website by consumers residing in the European Union and is governed by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU.


1. Non-customised products – Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For standard, non-customised products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written communication must be sent to:

including:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product(s) to be returned

The product must be returned intact, unworn, undamaged, and complete with original packaging, accessories, and tags.

Return shipping costs:

  • Paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


2. Customised or made-to-measure products

Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products customised at the customer’s request

  • made-to-measure or non-standard items

This means customised products cannot be returned due to a change of mind.

However, the legal guarantee remains valid in the event of defects, errors, or non-conformity with the order.


3. Defective or non-conforming products

If the received product has defects, manufacturing faults, damage, or does not match the selected customisation, assistance may be requested by submitting a report within 7 days of delivery to:

(include detailed photos and order number)

If the defect is confirmed, The Ness Milano guarantees one of the following:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Full refund, if the above solutions are not possible

In these cases, shipping costs are covered by The Ness Milano.


4. Return acceptance conditions

Returns will not be accepted for products that are:

  • worn, used, or damaged by the customer

  • missing original packaging or included components

  • returned after the specified deadline

  • modified after delivery
