Artisan Made-to-Order Production

All THE NESS MILANO footwear is produced on demand (“made to order”) and handcrafted in Italy by our master shoemakers. This approach allows us to offer an exclusive product, carefully crafted in every detail and free from overproduction.

Production and Shipping Times

Production time: each pair of shoes requires 2 to 5 working days to be made, depending on the model and level of complexity.

Shipping time:

Italy: 1–3 working days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination.
Shipping within Italy is free (€0.00).

International shipping is not currently available. Therefore, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Couriers Used

We ship via reliable and trackable express couriers such as DHL, UPS, GLS, or Poste Italiane, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
